It is the goal of HomeScope to assist the home owner through the planning and construction of their project in an organized, logical, timely and realistic manner, by forming a Partnership to Success. In accomplishing this goal, HomeScope will assist with the protection of the home owners' interests and investment, overseeing the project in a manner which will lead to a successful completion while complying with the Ontario Building Code requirements and the completion of the project within generally accepted industry standards.
